DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nEvery Saturday in September at your favorite local beach!\nLean more about International Coastal Cleanup Awareness Month here \nSurfrider Foundation’s South Bay Chapter is looking for volunteers interested in participating in our solo beach cleanup project. Since use of our South Bay beaches for this purpose is allowed\, individuals and household units can help clean their beaches — and we have an easy way for you to help track this data for the best impact! \nPlease help us log what is showing up on our beaches by filling out our Digital Data Card. It is important that we are able to quantify the trash\, especially after this pause in cleanups due to COVID-19!\n\nPlease stay safe and mindful while following CDC public health guidance\, local beach access restrictions\, and EPA recommendations for properly discarding used PPE items.
